Good Morning Lovelies,

Welcome to Theraputic Tuesdays with Lulu Lichelle. Todays topic is about conquering negative thoughts. Sometimes our minds can go on tangents of negativity, twisting realities into worries and doubts. We get caught up in what's wrong rather than whats right. There can be a lot going on and it just becomes overwhelming. That's when its time to give our minds a nice good cleanesing.

If you think you don't have the time because your life is so crazy, remember those are the muscles of the ego. There are simple steps in nurturing your soul. I found this incredible meditation on Youtube by Transformational Coach Burnadette Logue with PinchMeLiving.com. It is about 15 minutes and called "400 Powerfully Positive Affirmations." Honestly, it truly is powerful… it replaces old ugly repetitive thoughts with positive ones. It booste self-esteem and helps to reconect one to their higher-self. If I'm having a really bad day, I repeat the meditiation through out the day. Sometimes if my schedule is super busy I will listen to it while I'm walking the dog.

Sometimes life can be challenging and we can become hard on ourselves. Old negative thoughts can pollute our minds. These type of thought are the blocks in our lives that we need to get past in order to obtain our goals and make our dreams realities. Remember that there are tools out there to help us to rebalance our heart and mind. I hope that this tool can help you when your having a bad day as much as it does for me.
